Master Hand Placement & Posture Guide
Scientific posture guidelines designed for long exam typing sessions without wrist strain.
Keyboards have small raised bumps on F and J. Position index fingers without looking to naturally find the home row.
Never rest your wrists flat against the desk while typing. Keep wrists slightly elevated to avoid tendon friction and fatigue.
Sit straight with your back supported. Keep your elbows at an open 90 to 100-degree angle for effortless arm endurance.
Modern keyboards register keys with light pressure. Never smash the keys. Glide over them with relaxed cadence.
